What are the best aspects of this product?

Appointlet is a great application for booking and scheduling. The application is easy to use and it has a lot of features for the user to pick and personalize its contents. Also, coming from the free version, I am so glad to get to experiment on the features and see what suits best for my business. Overall, this is truly a great application, comparable or even surpassing Calendly and Book Me Now.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Navigation on the customer's side needs more improvement.
