Ease of use of very basic functionality, quick deployment.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Integrations and the ability to customise the built-in functions, lack of understanding of basic English from the support staff.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The ability to access data collected by the app such as detailed membership reports. The data is available but not accessible and AppyPie would rather want to build a custom app for the client at a huge unnecessary cost than to fix basic functionality.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's a great tool to capture customer data, as long as the data can be accessed by 3rd party applications (which it cannot do).
