What are the best aspects of this product?

With so many employees working in the company, it's impossible to go through expense reports one by one. We consolidate all reports into Concur and give Appzen ample time to scan and run everything. Any unusual expense would alert us so we can investigate further.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Appzen does not recognize all currencies except US dollars. Manual conversion is possible, but it takes so much time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There is no need to over-analyze our current expenditures.
