What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps me sort out different types of transactions according to their importance and financial risks to the company. I don’t have any issues regarding approving the usual routine expenses that fall within a reasonable amount. But there are instances where receipts and transactions become questionable, so we have to spend more time reviewing them to ensure that nothing is going on behind our backs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I need to get regular reminders regarding reports that need my immediate attention or approval. The problem is that Appzen does not have this feature, so I need to make it a habit to check the app first thing in the morning to work on these things ASAP. Second would be the conversion of currency settings from USD to other options. There are variances in the numerical values showing on the reports, which is sometimes above 10K, which is the usual limit of Appzen. We usually get alerts for these types of reports, which should not be the case.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We spend less time taking good care of our financial reports and reimbursements analysis. Ever since we started using Appzen, our noncompliance cases have significantly decreased, which benefited the company in so many ways.
