What are the best aspects of this product?
ArboStar has a lot of ways that it can automate my daily tasks. This alone for me has been a game changer. I no longer have to send out each individual email and sms message to my clients, I no longer have to remember which invoices still need to be sent, and which clients I haven't spoken to in a while. Everything is done within the app and so much can be set up automatically.
The app is also surprisingly easy to learn. Like I said, I'm more old-school in my approach, so I thought there might be a steep learning curve, but honestly within the first week of using the app I was already getting the hang of it. And I'd imagine someone even more tech-savvy than me could get into the swing of things even faster.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I really don't have anything to complain about. I'm wondering if there are more features that I don't even know exist, because I feel like I'm constantly discovering more that this app can do. Maybe I could do with some big documentation that can help to explain the potential of every feature.
