What are the best aspects of this product?

Incredibly easy to use, feature-rich, and works great on both my PC and my iPhone. The built in GPS features are second to none, and make the actual work so much more accurate. You can literally mark individual trees on the app, eliminating any confusion when it comes to getting the work done.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As easy as this app is to get used to, there are so many features and report options that it can definitely seem overwhelming at first. What I did was just tackle each part piece by piece, getting to know each feature before moving onto the next. But if you just tried to dive in and started tapping around wildly, you might find yourself in over your head. Make sure to follow the instructions and take some notes if you have trouble with feature-rich apps.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app has been a huge time-save for me. Everything in the app is streamlined and easy to use. As far as apps go, this one is definitely on the cleaner side of things. Everything is logically placed and easy to find, which makes my job that much easier. I definitely wouldn't want to go back to the old way of doing things.

Yes
