PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the auto-estimate feature. It learns what types of estimates you have made in the past, and auto-suggest an estimate that you can tweek if you find it too high or too low. This has taken a lot of the guesswork out of the situation, as often the estimate is dead-on. The pipeline from initial estimate to work orders is also very efficient. Once I confirm an estimate, I can send it right over in the app and it just moves down through the system. It's a really effortless interface and makes things easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I suppose the only con would be if you wanted to use this app for a different field. It is specifically designed for the arborist niche, so make sure you keep that in mind. My friend runs a painting company, and while I wish I could suggest this to him, it just is too specific to the tree care industry. But if you deal with trees, this is the app you want!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The learning curve has been challenging but engaging, as there are so many features to work with. The features all make life easier though, so even if they take a bit of time to initially learn, they more than make up for it in the long run. I personally would never go back to my old way of doing things. The integration is just great with ArboStar, and they're apparently adding more features as people request them, so that's a big plus too.
