PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Better than QuickBooks. For any people in accounting out there, that's basically all I need to say! This app makes everything so much more streamlined: invoicing, payments, record-keeping, you name it. I wasn't sure what to expect when I was asked to switch to this app, but after the first week I was sold..

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to really complain about. Sometimes I get a bit confused with where certain features are located, but I can refer to the documentation to sort that out. I also have only been using the software for a few months now, and the more I use it, the less confused I get, which is always a good sign!

I'm really glad our company made the switch. Initially, I didn't want to, as I know QuickBooks and it's what I've used for over a decade now. But as this software is tailored specifically to the tree care industry, it really is superior for our uses
