What are the best aspects of this product?
The ArboStar platform has many useful features. It can communicate with many third-party apps and programs, reducing the workload of employees. Every single customer service representative I have interacted with has been top-notch and incredibly helpful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing critical, everything is fine.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would love to see more customization options with automated appointment reminders, such as changing or removing the timestamps.
