PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It was great that our estimators were able to input all the necessary details to build up the invoice at the job site. The GPS and Live map features are also great. They let us know where our field team was at all times and if they were still running on schedule so we could call customers if we needed to inform them of any delays.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I found it very easy to use, but some of our less tech savvy team members struggled a bit at first.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before ArboStar we were still using paper invoices. We really wanted to go paperless and this really helped! Before ArboStar, we'd have to tell customers they'd need to call the office to pay with their card. We're a small family company so sometimes they were stuck waiting until I was available to process it for them. Now all that can happen online without me having to be there to do it.
