PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

ArboStar has a fairly intuitive layout and search function. Once the customer list is loaded, you can view all jobs relating to individual customers, upload photos, set up future services, and easily move calls between technicians. This is a great program to start with when moving away from an antiquated platform (paper, Excel, etc.).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd like to see even more customization out of ArboStar in the future, but hey, maybe I'm just being greed

I'd like to see even more customization out of ArboStar in the future

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can easily see all jobs scheduled for any given day, search open and historic work orders, track the progress on longer jobs, and ensure all invoices are created and sent in a timely manner. This has resulted in less lost paperwork and an increase in communication, while also minimizing the number of support staff needed in the office to keep operations running smoothly.
