PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Very streamlined, which in the customer service world, is absolutely everything. Instead of having to juggle multiple apps while I'm on a call with a client, I can simply let one app do all of the work. Honestly, I wish the company I work for had started using software like this when I first joined the team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's definitely a bit of a learning curve when it comes to getting the most out of the app. I personally started off slow and used the features that made sense to me, and incorporated new ones into my work process as I understood them. Just don't expect to understand everything the app offers on day one. It took me some tinkering around to really get used to everything.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

There's definitely a bit of a learning curve when it comes to getting the most out of the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been using ArboStar for about a month now, and am so far very impressed with what I've seen so far. It makes my job so much easier – it allows me to take down customer information into as many cells as needed, and automatically create estimates, work orders, and invoices. There haven't been any hiccups in the process at all, and any time I don't know how to use a particular feature, I can reach out to ArboStar and get a prompt and helpful answer.
