What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how the app makes my team so much more effective. Just about every mundane task I do is made quicker in some way. It pins jobs to my map automatically, allowing me to quickly email or call customers based on their map location, making customer communication a breeze. This has made each day much more productive, as I can plan my jobs in the most efficient way possible by zipping between leads, jobs, and estimates in the most efficient way possible.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Really not much to complain about. There's been a couple of minor bugs here and there, but each one's been quickly fixed with an update. The support team is really responsive and helpful when anything does come up, so everythings been smooth sailing so far.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The bottom line is that Arbostar has helped my business take on more clients. I have a small team and do a lot of the heavy lifting myself (in more ways than one!) but now that I have one app that can track jobs automatically, handle payroll, communicate with customers, etc. I can be much more efficient with every spare minute I have. I've toyed with the idea of using a CRM for my business before, but always thought we were too small for one. But when you're wrong, you're wrong!
