What are the best aspects of this product?

It always releases new features every year that enhance its already great tools. One that I appreciate is the stair tool that can come up with any stair design imaginable. Because of it and other tools, presenting designs to clients is so much better. Our collaboration is also changed because of this. What's more, it has a top-of-the-line documentation capability that lets us produce drawings for every element. Plus, some of its functions behave similarly to SketchUp, which we appreciate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish Archicad would add a wide array of features like interoperability, open integration with third-party tools, more robust dimensioning capabilities, user-friendly custom parametry object design, Vray or Corona support, cloud storage, and an alert as to what is new in every update.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Archicad, I can switch between 2D and 3D with ease. This has helped me gain better control over my designs so I can create them with precision.
