PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like the most is how simple it is to use. I can change visitor registration flows in a few clicks, see who is at the office at any moment, which desks are rooms are available and so on. End users find the app easy to use too which is super important.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The initial setup takes a bit of time, they offered two onboarding sessions for free, which in our case was enough to get up and running, but I imaging for more complex projects one might need to purchase extra onboarding.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The software is really comprehensive but one thing they could add is emergency notifications. Right now you can send out notifications to anyone on site, but there is no specific setting for emergency types.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Simplified the way we register and track visitors, but also how we use our office space. We save a lot of time by automating those workflows, which is the main ROI of Archie, but it also helps us keep things organized in general, since everything is in one application now.
