What are the best aspects of this product?

The support personnel are very helpful and supportive. Even without an architectural background, their training sessions equipped me with skills to use ArchiOffice. The training program and monthly webinars are very informative and helped me with the use of the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like that I can't personalize the Dashboard in meaningful ways since it is under utilized. The dashboard and the calendar needs to be updated. I wish that it could work with mobile devices
across provider platforms.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using ArchiOffice has caused tremendous growth of our company in the last two years. It has helped us cahieve our time and budget management goals. We can view our time and expenses with our budget and goals in mind and manipulate that data to inform our budgeting and personnel decisions and also track productivity and goals
in real time.
