What are the best aspects of this product?

I use Arduino IDE mostly for personal projects like holiday lighting and music. Everything is easy because it is all accessible--I can code on my PC and test the hardware and software immediately.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I ran into some installation problems and the libraries can be difficult to work with at first.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Arduino IDE fueled my hobby and with it, I am branching out to a business.
