What are the best aspects of this product?

It can support the majority of the boards available in the market. It lets me get to work immediately because it has pre-installed libraries that come with a great management tool. I love how there are example codes included too...

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Arduino may want to update their UI and the platform's response time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Arduino extensively for coding with different components. Best of all, it doesn't cost me a thing.
