There are a few things that can be improved

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are plenty of libraries for Arduino IDE on the Internet, which makes it easier for me to work with it on several projects. There is a rich community of users too that offer tutorials and assistance. Best of all, I like that it enables me to understand signals using the Plotter Serial functionality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are bugs here though they are not as disruptive. And while I like that it is open-source, this alone makes it difficult to commercialize the devices created with it. It would be nice too if the programming language is more complex, advanced.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Creating prototypes for software and hardware is easy and fun with Arduino IDE.
