What are the best aspects of this product?

Arena is very intuitive and flexible cloud-based software, it is user-friendly and with little training and easy transition you can successfully run the program. Their support team is always here to help, whenever you have some issues with the software they are ready to help. Implementation is very easy and you can use the software along with your system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to work on their user interface. Also, they need to improve their product and include other options so we can easily deal with manufacturing process. In addition, what I don’t like is that there is only place for one project manager, it doesn’t allow more than one person to run the software as a project manager. This is something they need to work on.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Arena helps us to manage our BOM (Bills of Materials) more effectively. Thanks to this software we managed to improve streamline processes that are present in other systems. Also, we finally improved our communication through Scribe.
