User friendly and intuitive software very helpful for our business

What are the best aspects of this product?

Arena is a very easy to use software, it’s easy to implement and we don’t need much training to run this software. We have easy access to all our data. The software is very flexible and we can fit the needs of established companies and industry startups. Also, whenever we have some issues with Arena, their team helps us quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion, they need to work on the interface during import process so we can define the details of import problem easily. Also, the autonumber feature which is activated during import process lowers the implementation process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Arena Plm software, all database is in one place so we don’t need to waste time to search for data in different places. This process eliminates the email trails.
