Very helpful software for our business

What are the best aspects of this product?

Arena PLM gives us the ability to store all our product documentation and data in one location. I love how this software interacts well with our ERP system. Also, we can easily present information to our vendors. And what I really appreciate about this software is the fact that the collaboration and communication between our team members is improved.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to implement “OR” and “AND” into advanced search engine. Also, I would like to see interaction with Creo models and with Solidworks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Arena helps us to eliminate duplicate entry in PLM and ERP systems. This is time-saving software. Also, we eliminate email-based file. And we love the control options of files.
