What are the best aspects of this product?
The whole backup restore process within version 11 is smooth. I am able to restore files to my customers at any time. Its support team is responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied from level 1 training. Its staff makes me feel that I’m part of their family. Offsite file restore is quick and easy process. I can easily set up customer backups.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Version 11 lacks snapshots, but they have said that they would implement this option in the last version. Also, it is complicated to restore email from full store backup. I had to purchase support credits. I would like to pay for full year support.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Every company requires offsite backups and they are aware that this kind of software is not cheap. We are grateful that we use the right software for keeping our data. Asigra replicates data to other facility.
