A great platform for managing communication for teams

What are the best aspects of this product?

Assembla facilitates faster communication for team members on the same platform and breaks down communication barrier. Having live demos while testing a code is made easier and everyone can air their views and opinions on the demos. Everyone across the board, i.e. managers, developers, customers is able to use it effortlessly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a couple of disadvantages. First, it is a bit difficult to use for first time users. It should be easy as everyone in the team needs to be conversant with it to be productive in the organization. Second, their customer support is wanting, and there is a lot of improvement that they need to do.

We use Assembla for task management. It facilitates faster synchronization of team activities when working in a big team. Thus it saves time and ensures efficiency in tast management..
