It has always been challenging doing projects using agile methodology such as SRUM and Sprint, but with Assembla it is less complex. It is no longer a challenge as the software has an appealling and user friendly UI. Also, the ticket and report tracking systems are very helpful. The software is intergrated with Wiki. You can keep the project management documentation on wiki and share with your team or for future reference.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software could do better on speeds and performance. The UI is good, but it can be very bulky at times, thus reducing productivity.

Task management, bug tracking, adaptation of Agile methodology, and implementation with usability are the main problems that the software addresses.
