What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that i can easily navigate the system and keep track of old tickets. I’m using it to report bug to R&D and to track status and interaction with R&D, it allows me to keep good information flow. I can customize the notifications and to stay on top of the issues and it sends me alerts if a ticket waits for response.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes when it comes to filtering the KanBAn can be really confusing process as well as navigating to my space can be confusing too. I don’t like that I often lose oversigt of tickets because of the filtering.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Reporting bug and keep track of process performances. It allows us to keep track of each ticket and to make sure that each one is taken care of ina timely manner. With Assembla it is hard to lose a ticket and this is very important to us.
