What are the best aspects of this product?
First of all, I like the visual aspect of Assembla. With this system everything is easy even following of Scum processes or tracking the progress. I like the email notifications about ticket updates because are highly helpful and the good thing is that if you find those alerts annoying you can always tun them off.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I really like the flexibility of Assembla but I wish they could make it even more flexible and customizable for drop downs when you need to create the set up for a ticket.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Assembla helps us to maintain all internal tools of the data we use, we can easily submit maintenance requests, feature requests and bugs and our product owners and developers can easily see what’s priority and what everyone is working on.
