What are the best aspects of this product?
In the past I used Assembla very often. I remember, I coudl email a ticket in diffeent shcedule jobs and to get great visibility of SQL tasks. I really liked that it was web-based soluton and it allowed me to keep track pof the status of the projects and tickets. I think, I will return to Assebla again.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I believe that all the issues and complaints are being resolved by now. In the past it felt confusing because it had lto of features and tools. But I think we weren’t ready for this kind of software.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We could easily send and email to someone and ask for some sort of task or action. This tool provdes visibility to every task and action and we could multi-task even better. We could see time spent on any project and we were able to get insight into situations for each task.
