What are the best aspects of this product?
I like Assembla’s interface because it is simple and intuitive. The required fields help us to manage data we need and to track bugs. We can easily create queries and to keep tabs on specific kinds of issues in one place. The product is robust and user-friendly and allows us to auto-track tickets and get email updates whenever there is a comment from a team member.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It doesn’t allow me to click “next” button on a ticket and to go to the next ticket numerically. They could make simple way to browse forward, because I use this product for ticketing and the UI looks bit cluttered within the things.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to track and manage all the bugs we experience with Assembla in more organized way. The good thing is that our development team can categorize and prioritize them so it can meet our needs when it comes to releasing schedule.
