What are the best aspects of this product?
It's very easy to use and their support is fantastic! They also add new features regularly without increasing the price.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are a few things like the timeout feature. I asked if it could be extended as I'm logged in all day and time out all the time requiring me to log back in often. Not terrible and I understand why but it would be something I would love to have some control over.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The help desk feature is great and we use Asset Panda more now than ever for that reason but I would like to see that grow and evolve over time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are now tracking our assets like we never have before. We also have a IT Help Desk which this software added at no extra cost after we signed up to us it for asset tracking! Talk about a nice bonus!
