What are the best aspects of this product?
The ability tailer the data to your own liking.
It has a pretty good range of flexibility.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Only 10 categories available limiting how flexible the customizable software can be.
Not able to do conditional actions.
Not able to mass change data that was entered incorrectly. Like If an action is performed on 100 assets by accident. The only way to resolve it is to go one by one deleting the action.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Conditional actions
Mass data manipulation since it is just a database.

It kept track of assets, but it seems an excel sheet would do a better job.
