What are the best aspects of this product?
The one-on-one set up and customization. The customer service and tech support is fast and very helpful. I also like that there is a mobile app.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The mobile app - it's not very intuitive or user friendly. I feel that I have to show employees how to do things on the app multiple times. It doesn't flow as I think it should.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A better mobile app.
