What are the best aspects of this product?
The support team, when you are really busy, come across a problem and haven't got the time to dig into the help topics you can email them and they get back to you in minutes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't have a problem with it as it does everything I need it to.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
As we are now setting up Sub companies it would be nice to have a new field for organisation codes so that you could keep all your assets in 1 place but be easily able to split them out in reports. I know you can fudge this by using some of the current fields but as we have had this in place for many years with many users the fields have been filled in differently by each person.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This product has been in place long before I started in the role but I imagine managing circa 2500 assets through RAM was to replace a manual spreadsheet process which would have been time consuming.
