What are the best aspects of this product?
HCM is employee-centric: it encourages their particpation in various aspects of operation; trouble-free scheduling; and more capacity building to continue performing in their jobs. Overall, it allows employees to focus on their jobs while HCM does the work on payroll.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Just on the calendar, there are issues with marking days with an event. Plus, the only tag available is "Meeting." Business events do not revolve around meetings: there are forums, interviews, etc.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
A remarkable, all-around software that is easy to use. Aformentioned issues I think will be easy to address. HCM's customer support also deserves a five star for its service.
