What are the best aspects of this product?

It is open to everyone as it is written HTM, CSS and other web technologies. With such a platform it gives much room for improvement by other developers din the community. When you compare it sublime text, it receives regular updates and developments, which means that it gets better with time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although the support team is alert and efficient, the tool has some issues that need debugging. It can be slow at times when performing different tasks. When you want to rename a file, it limits you in terms of the length of the file name. Also, there are those who experience problems when they try to open big files, this has not been the case for me as my workflow is light.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am now able to effectively develop applications in JavaScript and Ruby. Atom provides vim-model plugins to help with my workflow. Due to this I can write long texts and manipulate them on the same platform. The search, replace and multi-cursor features get the job done without much effort.
