What are the best aspects of this product?

Atom’s environment is very customizable and it meets all our needs. I like the fact that it doesn’t come with pre-installed bloatware and it allows us to choose the tools we want to install. You are able to download lot of free packages and themes that are made by other users and you can even personalize your text editor. The other good thing about it is its great community, you can ask questions and you’ll get instant answers, tips and tricks on how to use this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing I can think of, they could improve some areas but the product works wonderful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The text editor is fast and functional at the same time, IDE is powerful and full with important tools.
