If you love speed, then Atom offers that and more. It is an open-source, which means you get everything you want from the community. It was able to eliminate the frustrations I got from the closed-source Sublime Text. It makes it easier to customize the system according to your needs, which is a plus.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When customizing the system to your liking, it can take time. You need to set up the plugins and this can take a long time to complete. The developers should automate the whole think so that you only need to synchronize the plugins and settings to fit your needs. Also, it would be better if it had a drag and drop feature to eliminate the workload and save time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since regularly write codes, Atom has made this possible as it is fast and reliable. This has allowed me to be efficient in my work and thus an asset in my daily work.
