What are the best aspects of this product?

It is everything a web and app developer would need. It offers great features and a chance to expand yourself. The community gives this tool the needed oomph for users to take advantage of. It is the best of all other text editors due to its open-source nature. Part from that, it is compatible will all operating systems for PCs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I did not find the integration of Atom with Git to be as good as that of VSCode, although this may vary based on one’s preferences. Since I work with different lengths of files, the text editor does not offer a wide range of options for tab lengths. It also does not support mobile OS and Chrome which would be better if it did.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Atom has made it easy for me to code and run development projects. I can also make use of the many plugins to perform tests on the codes I have written and all this is done from the text editor. I can use it in Python, Ansible Playbooks and CloudFormation JSON to write codes.
