Once you instal Atom you’ll see how simple and easy to use is. It offers great add-ons and plugins and all of these make the tool an IDE. With it you can do exactly what you need you can lightwight and customize it according to your needs. I like that I can tune the functionality the way I want. I like the tweaking when optimizing my workflow.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It requires some set up but once you set it up you can save the preferences and plugins and you can re-use them over again. Also, when searching to find out what you need can be time wasting so you can use ful featured options to find what you need.
