Helped me understand my entire business!!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our company has about 5 different systems that we use to run our business and each one of them stores data in a particular way so we never knew how to get these systems to talk to each other. We just uploaded all this data to the Insights engine and AtomLynx connected everything and then analyzed it and gave us the results. It was amazing to see how many improvements we could make in our business. They also designed 10 KPI's for my business so that we can track these and use it to run our business. I am absolutely amazed at the level of service and would wholeheartedly recommend AtomLynx to other small and mid size companies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None so far. We've been very impressed. I hope they continue to serve the small and mid size business community.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We we able to get a full view of our business, which has helped us tremendously. A couple of the KPIs helped us prioritize inventory items and we chose not to carry a specific product as it was not profitable for us.
