PROS: The software is user-friendly and simple to understand, if you understand the data model and dependencies among different entities. It has a lot of features in the free version. The configuration possibilities are amazing. New fields can be added within couple of minutes. Access can be granted for separate data entries, even on the field level. What I also really like is the filter function - you can set different filters and safe them.

CONS: What I really miss is the ability to configure workflows. Also retailer portal functionality could be improved. I hope these feature will be added in the future. Premium modules could be cheaper.
