What are the best aspects of this product?
This is perfect for organizing our in-house events efficiently, such as our recent event that is participated by 500 people. It allows us to gather pre-event details smoothly with the help of its registration forms that are easy to customize. Its connection with Boomset makes event badging and signing-up processes easier too. Moreover, it lets us create surveys that participants will fill after each event, which are great for gathering comments that we can use for organizing future events. And its professional and responsive support team has largely helped us along the way.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its administrator interface is hard to navigate especially at the start. It’s a good thing, however, that the Attendease support team has guided us along the way, and they gave us sufficient training for successful use. The app also receives frequent updates that have brought big boosts, which means some minor problems will be surely solved later on.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have a significantly growing business that emailing, Google Form, and Slack among other similar platforms cannot cater anymore. Attendease efficiently does all we need for event management in one interface. Event management is now easier, and it has helped us minimize information leak as well.
