PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Most of the 114 units of the 118 we received via mail worked.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The application is desktop only. Getting an API for our software vendor was almost impossible and when it stopped working we could not get it back. They forced us into renewing contract before terms were up because of new wireless technology - no fault of our own - essentially extending the terms we originally agreed. Eventually, due to lack of a cloud based app and trouble with RMAs we decided to cancel. The terms for cancellation are no more than 120 days before or no less than 60 days before end of term so a tight window. They re-renew if you email the cancellation - must be certified mail ONLY. Generally a terrible company to work with.

Cloud based application.
