What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about this tool is the abiliy to reference external AutoCAd drawings so I can work on small parts of entire design instead of on one massive file that runs way to slowly. I also like the ability to create blocks and creating standard symbol like logo/arrow or something to bring into our drawing and withiout the need to re-draw it again. Also, I like that various colors of lines correspond to various line weights when printed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The program crashes frequently and troubleshooting problems on AC can be difficult. It can be really hard to create hatch because the tool has some issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool helps us to create exact drafting design and construction docs, it offers legible way to display surveying info, utilities and existing conditions in a printable format. This tool allows me to export the documents as PDFs and redered in programs such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop so we can create clear graphics and docs for presentation.
