PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Unbelievably good! Very easy even for slow learners, puts you right in front of what you're supposed to do. Amazing accessibility too-you can use it on a mobile device, and that's really useful for large companies as ours (we need everybody to stay connected, regardless of where they are).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm missing some tweaks in the reporting system, and I can't copy workspaces from one tenant to another. But this is only a tiny rock in the shoe that can’t make the walk that uncomfortable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

PLM 360 changed our management completely, BOM in particular! Their BOM comparison tool is just indispensable for cost comparison, which means we're saving both money and time. Large and detailed BOM views give me an insight on every department, and that's of utmost importance to my job.
