What are the best aspects of this product?
I have four favorite features: It allows me to store information accurately, to create documentation in accordance with our company's standards, to have constant access to all data, and to distribute it across the entire corporation.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It doesn’t provide control of dublicate entries, meaning that users can create several records using the same keywords. It would be nice if there was a filter that points out that a similar record is already present in the base, like there is in some other applications.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I work as a documentation specialist, per se the one that gathers and manages company data. Before I started using PLM, I worked with different applications, and it was really annoying to extract data from each one of them. Now they are all integrated, and data is stored in one place. This has been really beneficial for me, but also for the entire company.
