We've professionalized the manner in which we cater our users' experience, being able to rely on such powerful workflow and scripting engines. We produce electronic approvals and notifications, and we organize our working process in a way we see best fit for every aspect of our business. The product is constantly improved, and the development teams are pleased to consider our feedback for any upgrade or enhancement.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The searching and reporting capabilities could use some improvement, which doesn't mean they're not functional. In fact, this is a minor issue that doesn't affect the overall quality of the product.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My task is to guide and organize the global development of our product, and with Autodesk PLM 360 makes the entire process very smooth. I share information timely, and I have a global view on the product's pipeline. Global users can access acurrate data, regaress of their region or timezone. In fact, Autodesk PLM provides for a 'regionalization' of the process, meaning that we can customize slight variations in the tasks depending on the region where they are being performed. We've united our helpdesk systems, and we move related information between different networking folders at once.
