A tool that really caters to your needs

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the 500 commands that this tool makes available to me to automate Windows and web applications. I also really appreciate its object cloning command. When it comes to PDF and email automation, this tool has also been an invaluable help to me. Another feature that I really like is the control room, which lets me create, control, and schedule meta bots and IQ bots. Bots that are unattended and attended can also be created with this tool. The terminal emulator, which is where we can easily work on mainframe applications, is also another thing about this tool that I appreciate. Thanks to it, I can run VB scripts easily by using the Run script command. Citric automation is also possible with this tool, such as OCR, keystroeks, and image recognition. This tool really caters to all the needs that I have.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've found that while this tool is great with Windows and web application automation, it's not as good with virtual machines. It can be difficult to use in that regard, but other than that I have to say that this has been a tool with very few issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has been a really good RPA and automation tool. Business process that we were doing for our clients have now been automated, so we now have more time and resources to allocate somewhere else.
