A top-notch tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

When it comes to RPA tools, I truly believe that this is the best one out there. With this tool, I can take unattended and attended bots and use them to automate mainframe, Windows, and web applications. This tool has also made it easier for me to automate Excel, PDF, and email, since I have hundreds of commands at my disposal when it comes to process automation. Another feature that I like is the control room, since it allows me to not just maintain credentials, but also schedule bots. There are som many other things that we can do with thool. I've been able to create meta and IQ bots, ran VB scripts using the Run scripts command, and I've even automated databases. I've also used this tool to perform SQL queries, and delete, update, and insert values and tables when needed. I've also been able to take SFTP and FTP servers and automate them using this tool. On top of all of that, this tool is so user-friendly and performs at a high level.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While this tool performs so much better than other RPA tools, it could improve its results when it comes to Citrix automation, as I've been encountering inaccuracies in that area.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has been a great help in freeing up my time and resources. Thanks to it, I've automated repetitive tasks like extracting data from Excel, sending emails, and updating databases. I now have more time to work on other things.
