A user-friendly tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really appreciate how this tool has freed up large parts of my work schedule since i can now automate daily tasks that used to take up so much of my time. I've also been able to quickly come up with weekly reports when needed, thanks to how it has automated the whole process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really think that this tool delivers and I can't think of anything that I could find fault in.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to the time freed up by automation, I now can look at data more critical when analyzing it. How the tool has removed those repetitive tasks has really helped out in that regard.
